2.  Is there any additional price for personalisation?

    No additional charge only for the logo or text printing.

      For text embroidery:

      An additional charge of RM10.

    *Only applicable for in-house embroidery text selections only.

3.  Do I need to pay shipping fees?

    Free standard delivery within Malaysia.  

​

4.  Does The Apron Maker ship internationally?

    Currently, we only ship to Singapore with an additional charge of delivery starting from RM50
    *Fees will increase depending on the size and weight of the order.

5.  Any special rates for orders of more than 10 pieces?

   Yes

6.  How long does the customisation take once I’ve placed my order?

   ✅  Customisation will take about 10 working days to complete

   📦  Delivery takes at least 3 working days within West Malaysia |  5 - 7working days to East Malaysia.

7.  What courier service does The Apron Maker use?

   J&T within Malaysia.

​

8.  If I need to get the product immediately once customisation is done, is this possible?
 

   Yes. You may opt for urgent delivery with an additional charge of RM15. 

   This is applicable within Klang Valley only.

   Customisation still takes about 10 working days, kindly speak with us to check if customisation needs to be done sooner.
