The prices stated on our website are inclusive of delivery.

The shipping or delivery costs vary depending on the recipient’s location and may be subject to changes from time to time without prior notification or reason.

Dispatch times for our products may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made by us as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from and not limited to postal delays (including delays from third party logistics companies), or force majeure events for which we will not be responsible.

Although we have endeavoured to provide an accurate description of the products on our website, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colour, or other information or content of any of our Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, and/or error-free.

Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.

Measurements provided on each of the products are in maximum stretch.
A difference of 1cm-2cm between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect. -
Users are advised to double-check on the product measurements as different designs may fit differently.

Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.

The Apron Maker do not offer return or refund if the product is not handled as instructed in product details.

We will only accept exchanges or returns of products if the products are returned and received by us in the following manner:

within fourteen (14) days from the date of your receiving of the product from the courier stated delivered date.

whereby the reason for the return was due to our internal error for example if the wrong product was delivered to you, or if the product was defective; and
-
all products are returned unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, must be in the same state as how you have received them (original condition), and must be returned with the original tag and packaging intact and undamaged.

Returned products received by us which do not meet the conditions mentioned in the pointer above will not qualify for an exchange or a refund and we will not return the said product to you unless requested by you and at your own cost.

You agree to bear all costs of returning any product to us for any reason whatsoever.

You agree that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to your returned package or products handled by courier or logistic companies selected by you for the returns.

We do not take title to returned products until the said product(s) arrives at our warehouse and provided always that the products satisfy the conditions set out in the clause above.

You agree and acknowledge that the risk of loss and title for all products purchased through our website passes to you or to our third-party carrier or logistics provider upon our delivery of the said products to our third-party carrier or logistics provider.

All payments has to be made through online banking (Maybank2u, UOB bank, CIMBclicks, HLB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Affin Bank, Bank Islam) which is linked from our shopping cart which includes paypal , major credit cards and 2checkout. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused to some of you but we have no choice due to the increasing cases of fraud occurring from manual cash transfer.

Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.

No cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of credit note.

All orders will be automatically cancelled after 20 minutes of non-payment.

All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.

Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
