Terms and Conditions
1. Ready Stock Items: Only the items selected in the Christmas Collection are available in ready stock.
2. Order Processing Time: Once an order is placed, it will take 5 working days to complete customization.
3. Delivery Times:
- West Malaysia (WM)*: Delivery will take 1-3 working days.
- East Malaysia (EM)*: Delivery will take 5-7 working days.
4. Same Day Delivery: An additional charge of RM15 applies for same-day delivery. This option is subject to availability and must be arranged before 12 PM on the day of order.
5. Customization: Only text embroidery services are available, with a maximum of 15 characters. Please ensure the accuracy of your text, as changes cannot be made after order confirmation.
6. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
7. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is successfully placed. Please review your order details carefully.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
9. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
